Senate Executive Journal --FRIDAY, April 13, 1810.
The Senate took into consideration the message of the President of the United States, of the 6th instant, nominating Robert Young, and others, to office; and
Resolved, That the Senate do advise and consent to the appointments, agreeably to the nominations respectively.
Ordered, That the Secretary lay this resolution before the President of the United States.
The Senate took into consideration the message of the President of the United States, of the 9th instant, withdrawing the nomination of William M. Alston, to be Navy Agent at Newport, Rhode Island, and nominating to the said office Constant Tabor; and
Ordered, That the consideration thereof be postponed.
Mr. Bradley, from the committee appointed on the 23d of February last, on the message of the President of the United States, of the 16th of January last, and the treaty concluded between the United States and the Great and Little Osage Indians, accompanying the same, made report, to advise and consent to the ratification thereof.
