Mr. [Turbett] Wright, a delegate for Maryland, returned, and took his seat.
Ordered, That the petition of Jellis Fonda, praying payment for provisions furnished the Oneidas and Tuscaroras, for which actions are commenced against him be referred to the Superintendant of Finance to take order.3
