On motion by Mr. Chandler,
The Senate proceeded, by unanimous consent, to consider the said nomination; and
Resolved, That the Senate advise and consent to the appointment of Seth C. Moffatt, agreeably to the nomination.
On motion by Mr. Chandler, and by unanimous consent,
Ordered, That the resolution advising and consenting to the appointment of Seth C. Moffatt be transmitted forthwith to the President of the United States.
Mr. Chandler, from the Committee on Commerce, to whom were referred, the 6th instant, the nominations of M. P. Berry and David Turner, reported favorably thereon.

The Senate proceeded, by unanimous consent, to consider the nomination of M. P. Berry; and
Resolved, That the Senate advise and consent to his appointment, agreeably to the nomination.

Ordered, That the resolution advising and consenting to the appointment of M. P. Berry be transmitted forthwith to the President of the United States.
Mr. Pratt, from the Committee on Pensions, to whom was referred, the 6th instant, the nomination of John A. Prall, reported favorably thereon.
Mr. Conkling, from the Committee on the Judiciary, to whom was referred, this day, the nomination of Cassius G. Foster, reported favorably thereon.
On motion by Mr. Conkling,
The Senate proceeded, by unanimous consent, to consider the said nomination; and
Resolved, That the Senate advise and consent to the appointment of Cassius G. Foster, agreeably to the nomination.
On motion by Mr. Conkling, and by unanimous consent,
Ordered, That the resolution advising and consenting to the appointment of Cassius G. Foster be transmitted forthwith to the President of the United States.
