Senate Executive Journal --FRIDAY, July 12, 1867.
Mr. Conkling submitted the following motion for consideration; which was considered, by unanimous consent, and agreed to:
Resolved, That the Secretary be directed to inform the President of the United States that, under the 37th rule of the Senate, there is no executive business relating to nominations now before the Senate, all of such business having terminated finally with the special executive session of April last.
