NOTES
Letters dated November 9 and 11 (unknown year) in which Mr. Harbord professed to have "squared the circle" with finite decimal numbers - a mathematical impossibility. Dodgson spent a considerable amount of time trying to show "circle-squarers" the error of their ways.
