NOTES
There was a report on the architectural changes and restoration of the Cathedral published in the Oxford University Herald on October 12, 1872, and this report repeated much of this account. Dodgson had already published his view of the architectural changes to Christ Church in his pamphlet, The New Belfry (June 1872), and this was followed by The Vision of the Three T's (May 1873).
