Henry Dunbar: a Daughter's Trial, a four-act drama by Tom Taylor, based on the novel by Mary Elizabeth Braddon (1837-1915). Dodgson saw this production on December 22, 1865, and described it in his diary on that day as "a disagreeable sensation play, though the acting was very good."
