Notes

Interview with John Granata, owner, Granata Financial Service.
Summary of audio segment: TC asks about this section (21st Avenue area). JG says it has changed a lot. Used to be Italian, now more Colombians, Mexicans, Peruvians. Living in the area. Storewise, Madison Avenue is the separation, Madison coming down to Beech Street, still see Italian stores. Madison Avenue, you go up (east along 21st Avenue?) you may see only 3 or 4 stores, and the rest are different cultures.
