A breathing spell between campaigns - Miss Anita Pollitzer (left) and Miss Elsie Hill, secretary and chairman, respectively of the Woman's Party, meet on the steps of the Party headquarters. The Bulletin Board in the picture saw the stormiest days of the suffrage campaign and still tells of the Party's activities on behalf of women.
