Summary: Photograph of four members of contingent of wage-earning women pickets, walking in suffrage procession on city sidewalk. They wear coats, hats, and suffrage sashes, and carry suffrage banners. Others similarly clad look on with banners from sidelines in background.

(Feb. 24, 1917): 5, caption: "Wage-Earners Marching to the White House Gates" and The Suffragist, 5, no. 61 (Mar. 24, 1917]: 5 (with same caption, for story "Labor Day on the Picket Line"). According to the Feb. 24, 1917 story, this picketing of the White House by a "long picket line of labor" took place "last Sunday, February 18." (5).
