Fowler, state chairman; Miss Whittemore, Mrs. Lawrence T. Grey, Miss Vernon, Mrs. Rowena Dashwood Graves, Dr. Caroline E. Spencer, Miss Ernestine [Parsons] and Miss Eva Shannon. All are members of the Colorado branch of the N.W.P.
