Pershing, commander in chief of American forces; André Tardieu, French diplomat; Premier Georges Clemenceau of France; Marshal Ferdinand Foch, commander in chief of French forces; an unidentified French officer; General Maxime Weygand, staff officer to Foch; and Major General James W.
