- "In Motion" was written in the Summer of 2017 as a result of a friend's suggestion. This is the first time I have attempted to compose for a guitar orchestra ensemble, which has only emerged in recent years. This somewhat syncopated work is meant to be both fun for the performers and the audience.The 5th Guitar 's sixth string must be tuned down to drop-D tuning. The rest of the guitars are in standard tuning. It is recommended to double each part with at least three guitarists if possible. The key signatures represent A Dorian and F Lydian. Level: grade 3 (medium) Duration: About 2 minutes, 5 seconds. Instrumentation: Five Nylon-String Guitars (15 players or more) --
