- Summary
- This arrangement of Haydn's Minuett from Twelve German Dances (Hob.IX:Anh) is a great piece to introduce beginner orchestra students to classical music. The piece features a variety of basic string techniques and traditional minuett form. To facilitate note reading skill, some of the notes in the parts are spelled out. The set also includes a rehearsal piano part and a simplified alternative violin or viola part to allow for differentiation of instruction.
