- These snare drum solos, each about one to one-and-a-half minutes in length, are for the intermediate-plus player of any age. All three pieces focus on developing both hands or the “weak” hand, and the stickings should be observed very closely. The three pieces may be enjoyed separately or as a set, and they may be worked on as studies or performed in a recital setting. The collection title “Happy Little Rs and Ls” can be used if performing the three solos as a three-movement work. --
