- Called by Honi Coles "a tap dancer's summit" an evening of jazz tap dance brought together the formidable powers of jazz tap tap dancing that included Charles Honi Coles (master of ceremonies), Arthur Duncan, Steve Condos, Howard Sandman Sims, Savion Glover, Bunny Briggs, Jimmy Slyde, and Gregory Hines, with John Bunch (piano), Scott Hamilton (saxophone), Oliver Jackson (drums), Eddie Jones (bass), and Warren Vache, Jr. (trumpet).
