- Broadway Musical. Directed by Edgar J. MacGregor. Choreographer: Bobby Connolly. Eleanor Powell as Molly in a plot around two women (Irene Delroy and Madeline Cameron) who compete for the Bound Brook Country Club women's golf championship, as well as for the affections of Jerry Downs (John Barker).
The show introduced the popular songs "My Lucky Star" "Button Up Your Overcoat" and "I Want to Be Bad."
Eleanor Powell performed a specialty dance in Act II; This show marked her first assignment with choreographer Bobby Connolly who would direct several of her early MGM films.
