The Fourth Annual International Tap Festival was held July 17-25, 1992. Daily classes were held in a variety of tap styles, as well as vocal choreography and composition. A master class in Appalachian Clogging was also given. The festival concluded with the Tappin' with Masters performance at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. Featured artists included Cholly Atkins (filling in as the Master of Ceremonies for Honi Coles who was unable to attend), Ira Bernstein, Terry Brock, Carnell Lyons and Klaus Bleis, Steps Ahead, Fred Strickler, Dianne Walker and Sam Weber.
