One of Powell's first New York performances performing acrobatic routine. Powell appears in the production number "Lacquer Lady" in a solo described in the program as "Eleanor Powell dances." It was the same acrobatic routine she had performed in Atlantic City as a child which led to her job with Gus Edwards.
