This collection is a selection of websites containing different viewpoints on a variety of American public policy topics. The sites in the collection were produced by domestic and some foreign political groups, community and religious organizations, advocacy groups, foreign and domestic news sources, independent organizations and some government agencies.

Collection Period: January 2009 to present (this is an ongoing archive). Sites about transient policy questions, such as the response to the H1N1 outbreak or Recovery Act spending, may have varying periods of coverage.

Frequency of Collection: Sites in the collection were targeted for capture weekly, monthly, quarterly, twice-yearly, yearly, or once.

Languages: Collection material in English, with Achinese, Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, Flemish, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Southern Sami, Spanish, and Swedish.

Acquisition Information: Sites have been added incrementally since the project began and will continue to be added as they are identified.
