Irish Social and Cultural Events
The Ancient Order of Hibernians will document three
Irish social and cultural events held throughout the year in and
around Philadelphia: the Irish Immigration Second Day Issuance
Stamp Ceremony, The Philly Feis, and the 90th Biennial Pennsylvania
State Convention of the Ancient Order of Hibernians and Ladies
Ancient Order of Hibernians. The Philly Feis, held at Penn's
Landing, is Philadelphia's largest Irish festival, featuring
traditional ceili bands plus contemporary Irish music, dance,
cooking, and crafts.
