Nebraskaland Days

Held in North Platte, this is the official state celebration of Nebraska as declared by law. One of its major highlights is the Buffalo Bill Rodeo, descended from William F. Cody's 1882 Old Glory Blowout. Performances by the greatest stars of country music are featured. A big parade and a chuck wagon pork breakfast are among the traditional cornerstones of the event, which was first held in Lincoln in 1965.
