Concord: from Melting Pot to New Millennium

Documents the history and ongoing transformation of this Staten Island community. Originally settled by German immigrants, it is now undergoing changes brought by Muslim immigrants. Socioeconomic forces are at work that ensure the continuance of a community life here, albeit one that is reshaped by cultural change.
