It has been said that "a picture is worth a
thousand words." The photos that follow show drawings, pictures, or displays that
were designed to deliver a message or make a statement about the war. What do the
drawings, pictures, or displays intend to communicate to the viewer? Do you think the
pictures and drawings effectively communicate the message? Are these drawings and pictures
"worth a thousand words"? Why or why not?
