<p>Save Our Flag.</p>

<p>We have giv&apos;n our sons and brothers, <lb>
We have giv&apos;n our fathers too; <lb>
And have sent them forth to battle, <lb>
For the Red, the White, and Blue! <lb>
Oh! their foorsteps echoed proudly, <lb>
To the Union music trod; <lb>
And their trust in Father Abra&apos;am, <lb>
And the strong right arm of God!</p>

<p>Chorus: <lb>
Then shout aloud in chorus, <lb>
Come brothers, one and all, <lb>
United, floats our banner! <lb>
Divided it must fall.</p>

<p>And they&apos;ve borne our banners bravely <lb>
Thro&apos; the thickest of the fight, <lb>
Shouting death to this rebellion! <lb>
And may God protect the right, <lb>
But they now are worn and weary, <lb>
Marching &apos;neath the southern sun, <lb>
And the twilight dew is falling, <lb>
And the day is not yet won!</p>

<p>For the love of God these brothers; <lb>
By each noble patriot grave: <lb>
By the mother, sister and the other, <lb>
Strive our Country&apos;s Flag to save. <lb>
Oh! wait not the Autumn harvest, <lb>
Or the garnered golden grain, <lb>
Rally round our glorious banner! <lb>
And we&apos;ll greet the world again.</p>
