<p>George W. Lamon vs. Joseph B. Lemon, Theodore Lemon, Mary H. Lamon, Rebecca B Lamon, (now Rebecca B Cromwell) James C Lamon, Ann EL Lamon, John H. Mores and Virginia L his wife, (formerly Virginia L Lamon,) John E Lamon, Robert B Lamon, Rachel E Lamon, Lucy Lamon and Charles E Lamon. &mdash; Petition for specific performance.
It appearing from an affidavit filed in my office that the said James C. Lamon, John H. Moores and Virginia L his wife, (formerly Virginia L Lamon) John E. Lamon, Robert B. Lamon and Rachel E. Lamon reside out of the state of Illinois so that process cannot be served upon them: Notice is therefore hereby given to the <omit reason="illegible" extent="1 word"> that the said petitioner, George W. Lamon, has filed his petition in this office against them and  the other named defendants, for a specific performance&mdash; that is to say, for the purpose of obtaining a decree of court to have deeds made to him, the said petitioner, George W. Lamon to certain parcels or tracts of land lying and being in the county and state aforesaid, for which the said George W. Lamon holds bonds against John Lamon, dec&apos;d, and that a summons has been issued thereon, returnable to the first day of the next terms of the Vermilion county Circuit court, Illinois to be held at the court-house in Danville on the fourth Friday of October, 1853. Now unless you the said non-resident defendants, shall be and appear before said court on the return day of said summons, and demur, plead or answer to said petition the same will be taken for confessed as against you, and a decree interred accordingly.
