<p>And now this day came the said plaintiff and is <omit reason="illegible" extent="1 word"> to the satisfaction of the court that the said Defendants have all been regularly notified of the pendency of this suit by service of process and by publication in the Illinois Citizen and they except the <omit reason="illegible" extent="1 word"> being the times solemnly called, came not, but <omit reason="illegible" extent="1 word"> default, it is therefore ordered by the court that  the Bill be taken for confessing as against them and Joseph Peters having been appointed guardian ad litem of s d Lucy Lamon &amp; Charles E Lamon who are ?fants &mdash; who has filed his answer herein and the court being satisfied by the exhibits and other proofs that all the allegations said bill and <omit reason="illegible" extent="1 word"> It is therefore ordered and decreed that the right and <omit reason="illegible" extent="1 word"> of all the defendants to the land hereafter described, be conveyed as the master in Chancery make a deed to the lands described as follows to, wit, The South half of the East half of the north East quarter of section no. nineteen (19), The south half of the West half of the North East quarter of section no. nineteen. The West half of the North half of the south half of the North West quarter of section&apos;</p>
