<p>This day came the complainant and having at a former term of this court, entered his motion to set aside the decree rendered herein, and for leave to file an amendment to his Bill, and now the court being satisfied that the defendants have had due notice of the pendency of said motion, and also, the complainant present his intended amendment to his Bill verified by his oath, it is ordered by the court that the decree heretofor rendered herein be set aside that complainant pay the court up to this and the complaint be allowed to file the amendment to his bill, instanter, which is now filed &mdash; And it is further ordered that the defendants answer said amended Bill by the 15th of August next.</p>
