<p>And the said defendant come, defends the wrong and injury whenwhere? etc?, and says plaintiff <hi rend="underscore">actio non</hi> because he says the said <hi rend="underscore">scire Fascias,</hi> and the matter and things therein contained, in manner and form as the same and therein stated and set forth, are not sufficient in law, for the said plaintiffs to have judgement [sic] absolute, and execution against him, the said defendant; and of this he is ready to verify, wherefore he prays judgment <lb>
