We learned lote from the white folks find their teaching wa~ genuine i~nd had. a great eff,ct on us, I. attribu~te ‘the Christian beliefs of oui‘ people to the earnest, faithful t ~acbing of ~ite people ‚ and t oday ~e have many ~ educated Negro teachers and preachers and leaders that we are not ashamed of.
