Download this MS Excel spreadsheet to calculate your Text QR error rate per batch. In most cases, our agreement with the contractor allows for 99.95% accuracy. NOTE: an Image QR error rate computation sheet will be available shortly. Details are being worked out.

Instructions for use:
Complete one sheet for each batch in Text Quality Review. Enter your batch identification information in the fields provided at the top, particularly the batch file size (taken from the printed Batch directory listings provided with your CD-ROMs - if their are multiple CDs per Batch, be sure to add subtotals from each directory listing). Perform QR on the available text samples, counting errors as you go. When QR is complete, enter your individual file names, file sizes and error counts into the spreadsheet. The error rate will be automatically calculated.
