Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Pensylvania and North Carolina; and from the State of New Hampshire, Mr. [Abiel] Foster; from New Jersey, Mr. [John] Beatty; from Delaware, Mr. [James] Tilton; from Maryland, Mr. [Jeremiah Townley] Chase, and from Virginia, Mr. [Arthur] Lee; the President adjourned Congress to ten o'clock on Monday.
