Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Pensylvania and Virginia; and from the State of New Hampshire, Mr. [Abiel] Foster; from New Jersey, Mr. [John] Beatty; from Delaware, Mr. [James] Tilton, from Maryland, Mr. [Jeremiah Townley] Chase; from North Carolina, Mr. [Hugh] Williamson; and from South Carolina, Mr. [Richard] Beresford, the President adjourned Congress till ten o'clock to-morrow.
