The following members of the Committee of the States met according to adjournment, viz. for New Hampshire, Mr. [Jonathan] Blanchard; Massachusetts, Mr. [Francis] Dana; Pensylvania, Mr. [Edward] Hand; Virginia, Mr. [Samuel] Hardy; South Carolina, Mr. [Jacob] Read.

But there not being a sufficient number to proceed to business, the Committee of the States is adjourned to Monday next, at ten o'clock, A. M.2
