Six States only attending namely Massachusetts New York New Jersey Pennsylvania North Carolina and Georgia and from Connecticut Mr S[tephen] M[ix] Mitchell from Delaware Mr N[athaniel] Mitchell and from Maryland Mr [Uriah] Forrest, the chairman adjourned Congress to 10 oelock to morrow.
