Six states only attending namely New Jersey Pensylvania Delaware Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina and from New hampshire Mr [Nicholas] Gilman from Rhode island Mr [James Mitchel] Varnum, from New York Mr [John] Haring, from Maryland Mr [David] Ross and from Georgia Mr [William] Few the President adjourned Congress till tomorrow eleven O Clock.
