Five states only assembled namely Massachussetts Delaware Maryland Virginia and South Carolina and from New hampshire Mr [Nicholas] Gilman from Connecticut Mr [Jeremiah] Wadsworth from New Jersey Mr [Jonathan] Elmer from Pensylvania Mr [James R.] Reid from North Carolina Mr [James] White and from Georgia Mr [Abraham] Baldwin.
