Mr. Abraham Clark, Mr. Hugh Williamson and Mr. James Madison, on the memorial of B. Tardiveau, agent of the inhabitants of St. Vincents and Illinois, September 17, 1788, requesting modifications in resolutions of Congress. Report rendered September [25] 1788. Of. February 25, 1788.]
