Five states attended namely Massachusetts, Connecticut New York Virginia and North Carolina and from New hampshire Mr [Nicholas] Gilman from Rhode island Mr [Peleg] Arnold from New Jersey Mr [Jonathan] Dayton from Pensylvania Mr [James R.] Reid from Delaware Mr [Dyre] Kearny and from South Carolina Mr [John] Parker.
