Five states only attending namely New hampshire Massachusetts Connecticut New Jersey and South Carolina and from Pensylvania Mr [William] Irvine from Delaware Mr [Dyre] Kearny from Maryland Mr [David] Ross from Virginia Mr [Cyrus] Griffin and from North Carolina Mr [James] White, the president adjourned Congress to 11. Oclock to morrow.
