Five states attended Namely New Hampshire Massachusetts Maryland Virginia and South Carolina and from Connecticut Mr [Stepehn Mix] Mitchel from New York Mr [Leonard] Gansevoort from Pensylvania Mr [William] Irvine from Delaware Mr Kearny and from Georgia Mr [Abraham] Baldwin.
Mr Joshua Seney2 a delegate from Maryland took his seat.
