Six states only attending namely Massachussetts New Jersey Pensylvania Maryland Virginia and South Carolina and from New hampshire Mr [Nicholas] Gilman from Connecticut Mr Jer[emiah] Wadsworth from Delaware Mr [Dyre] Kearny from North Carolina Mr [James] White and from Georgia Mr [Abraham] Baldwin the president adjourned Congress till to morrow 11 oclock.
