Resolved, That the Secretary of War transmit to the Secretary of the Senate, during the recess of the Senate, so much of the report called for by the Senate's resolution of the 23d day of December last, as may not be communicated to the Senate during the present session; and that the report, as received, be printed for the use of the Senate.
