Sir:
The statements under the resolutions of the Senate of the 5th and 30th June, 1834, showing the names of Pensioners in the different States and Territories of the United States, have already been sent to your office. I now enclose a List of Pensioners under the act of May 15, 1828, as required by the resolution of the 3d of March last, and also statements showing the amount paid to Clerks in the Pension Office, the amount paid to Pension Agents, and the total amount paid to Pensioners. My report to the Secretary of War of this date, accompanied by the rules of evidence adopted by this Department under the act of June 7, 1832, which will be sent to you, completes the statements required by the above mentioned resolutions.
