- Summary
- As with his earlier ballet 'Swan Lake', Tchaikovsky contemplated the creation of a concert suite taken from the enormous ballet score but never realized the project. The five-movement suite was most likely arranged by Alexander Siloti and published by Jurgenson in 1899. This newly engraved edition was also issued in 2011 by E.F. Kalmus. We are pleased to make it available under the Serenissima imprint by special arrangement.
