<mods:abstract>Assisted by Hal Belfer. LeRoy (Jerome) Prinz was the dance director in this film. The dance director/ supervisor for over one hundred films for Paramount, Warner Brothers, Twentieth Century-Fox and Universal, at the age of fifteen he ran away from home to New York where he learned some basic dance steps from a man named "Buck" who, to the accompaniment of his harmonica, taught him tap dancing and Buck-and-Wing. He claimed "I never learned a time step!....I conceived and staged and directed." For the film "My Wild Irish Rose" he imported jig dancers from Ireland.</mods:abstract>
