The segment features Ann Miller in a Roaring Twenties flapper number in which she sings "It" and performs an exuberant dance which includes shimmy, black bottom and buck and wing, all while wearing a short, orange satin dress and long earrings.; set against a huge mural painted by John Held, Jr., famous for his cartoons of the twenties, and peopled by frantic groups of boys and girls in flashy garb. Fred and Gene Kelly dance vaudeville-styled specialty "I Love to Go Swimmen with Wimmen"; this their only screen appearance dancing together.
