St. Louis Tap Festival (Second Annual) Festival 1993-07-30 St. Louis Tap Festival 1993 July 30th - August 1st, 1993 The Second Annual St Louis Tap Festival. Presented by Robert L. Reed. On July 30th and 31, workshops by Savion Glover, Josh Hilberman, Sarah Petronio and Van Porter. Special teachers' workshops on July 30th. Classes to be held at the Center of Contemporary Arts in University City. Gene Medler will take 11 dancers, members of th Children's Tap Company and the Triangle Tap Company will perform "Youth Movement" a piece choreographed by Josh Hilberman with music by the Brecker Brothers. There will also be an informal demonstration of Techno Tap, Medler's patented electronic tap.
