Seattle Festival of Tap Dance (First Annual) "A Joyful Noise" Bardach, Reggie performer Festival 1992-12-05 Seattle, WA 1992 A Joyful Noise, The First Seattle Festival of Tap Dance included performances and workshops over three weekends that brought together local professional dancers and community tap groups with special guest artists Terry Brock and Sam Weber on December 5th and 6th 1992 and Dianne Walker on December 12th and 13th. Organized by Reggie Bardach, "A Joyful Noise" also featured three weekend performances hosted by Johnson and Peters with Bardach and ProKids Tap along with Weber, Brock and Walker and on December 17-19 Seattle's own favorites Angie Bolton, Tim Hickey and David Silverman as well as additional performers from selected Seattle area dance studios. The performances were held at the Pioneer Square Theater.
