    January 2005 premeire of Been Rich All My Life at the Dance on Camera Festival, Walter Reade Theatre, Lincoln Center, New York City, with an official release of 2006. Documentary film by Sundance award-winning filmmaker Heather MacDonald follows the most unlikely troupe of female tap dancers, The Silver Belles, five former showgirls from 1930s Harlem, now aged 84-90, as they continue to perform to standing ovations from the Apollo Theatre to Carnegie Hall. "They may get pacemakers and break their bones, but they keep on dancing." 

    March 2006, Toots Crackin Productions and the Apollo Theatre in association with Aaron Davis Hall Harlem Film Festival, presented Been Rich All My Life, the new film featuring the Silver Belles in A Tribute to Harlem's Legendary Chorus Dancers with Mercedes Ellington, original Apollo dancers, Jazzberry Jam and special guests.
